 Experienced teachers can decrease absences in the classroom, and even endorse good habits outside the classroom. Our experienced teachers are more efficient at handling respective subjects assigned to them.

NIYA has developed customized curriculum in such a way that it is aligned as per their school lessons.  We have developed a blue print and lesson plan for each class with time bound completion of lessons before board exams.

 PTM is held for valuation of an academic  performance of the student. It helps to know and work for the child's performance. PTM enables parent and teacher to work for the positive modification of the student's performance. 

 A state of the art infrastructural facility is an essential ingredient to support sound process of teaching & learning. Classroom at NIYA  School of Management are designed and equipped with the modern teaching facilities like complete terminals with internet, LCDs, Projectors and public address system. 

 In the broad sense, a mentor is someone who takes special interest in helping a pupil to develop into a successful professional. The mentoring relationship between a teacher and student expands beyond teaching to advancement in the educational and personal growth of the student. 

 By recognizing our students' achievements, we are encouraging them to continue to work hard and be productive. When we reward our students we'll make them feel appreciated and happy. Making sure that we are recognizing achievement when we are supposed to is important.
