The process begins with an enquiry from the parent. Our Operations Team will contact you to understand the student's class, board, subjects required and learning needs.

 Our Operations Team arranges a virtual meeting with the parent and student. During this discussion, we understand the student's academic requirements, current learning level, goals and preferred class timings.

 Our Operations Team records the student's board, class, prescribed textbooks, reference books and publication details. This helps us align the teaching plan with the student's school syllabus and academic requirements.

Yes. After the initial discussion, we arrange a demo class to help the parent and student understand our teaching approach and interact with the tutor before proceeding. Demo class is chargeble and NOT FREE.

After the demo class is completed and the parent wishes to proceed, we collect the required student assignment or diagnostic work, as applicable. This helps us understand the student's current level and identify areas that need attention.

 Once the teaching requirements, schedule and fee are mutually agreed upon, the parent completes the payment as agreed with the academy. Regular classes are scheduled according to the confirmed arrangement.

 Yes. Class timings are discussed with the parent and student and scheduled according to mutual availability, subject to the tutor's availability.

Yes. We conduct online assessments on a weekly basis, covering chapters taught during the programme. These assessments help monitor understanding, identify learning gaps and encourage consistent preparation.

 We arrange a monthly performance review meeting with the parent and student. The discussion covers assessment results, subject-wise progress, areas for improvement, learning challenges and the plan for the following month.

 NIYA offers personalised one-to-one online tuition. Each session focuses on the individual student's learning needs, subject concepts, questions and doubts.

NIYA appoints a dedicated Key Accounts Academic Coordinator to coordinate class schedules, monitor academic progress and help ensure smooth communication between the parent, student and academy.

A separate WhatsApp group is created in the student's name for direct communication with the parent. This group is used for class scheduling, attendance updates, academic progress and important coordination messages.
